Ordering & Pricing
How are prices quoted?
All prices are EXW (Ex Works) — delivery from our warehouse in Gotse Delchev, Bulgaria. Prices apply to the standard/full packing specified for each product; any deviation from standard packing may carry a 10% surcharge.
Can prices change?
Product specifications, packing, and weights are indicative and may change during the year. We reserve the right to adjust prices when necessary, without prior notice.
Packaging
We offer several packaging types depending on the product: wooden pallet, wooden crate (+25€), big bag, wire cage (+10€), or sack. See each product page for the packaging options available.
Loading & Collection
Loading schedule:
Monday–Friday: 9:00–17:00
Saturday: 9:00–14:00
Sunday: closed
Trucks arriving after 17:00 will not be accepted for loading and will be rescheduled for the next working day. Loading outside standard hours is possible only with prior arrangement. Trucks or containers without an appointment will be loaded last, only if time permits.
How much stone do I need?
As a general guide for loose pebbles and chips:
- 1–3cm stone at 4cm coverage depth: ~18m² per 1000kg
- 3–6cm stone at 6cm coverage depth: ~12m² per 1000kg
- 6–10cm stone at 8cm coverage depth: ~8m² per 1000kg
For cladding and paving products, coverage is generally listed per pallet on the product page (typically 20–25m²).
Damage & Liability
We cannot be held responsible for damage to products or packaging, loss, delays, or other issues arising during transportation once goods have left our warehouse.
